The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently browsing the Fernie two Neighborhood Hall in Mpuluzi to render expert services to your community.

SASSA is going to be rendering services like new social grant applications, change of payment method, client care enquiries, and also the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In a statement, the agency stated it's alarmed regarding the substantial variety of people relying on social grants for survival.
“The aim in the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out into a substantial variety of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This sassa is certainly mainly because of the lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there's no completely functional office dedicated to service the area regularly. The assistance level created for intervention ordeals a significant inflow of likely beneficiaries, which makes it difficult for the Workplace to attend to all people who stop by a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise additional assets to permit the servicing of all clients and increase usage of Social Assistance products and services,” the agency said.
